About your information

Charity-Hiker e.V. uses your name, email address, postal address, selected membership type and optional message to process your application. An optional phone number is used for queries. Receipt time, application language, privacy notice version and review status are also stored. Only authorised people can access the information in the administration area; it is not displayed publicly. Protected identifiers of the session and IP address are used to limit repeated submissions.

Your application is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
